Course Overview

Public Safety Training Solutions LLC offers a professional 8-hour Arkansas Concealed Handgun Carry License (CHCL) course designed to meet and exceed the training requirements established by the Arkansas State Police. This course provides comprehensive instruction in Arkansas firearm law, responsible carry practices, and safe handgun operation, followed by the required live-fire proficiency qualification. This training is based on real-world law enforcement experience and is designed to provide practical, proven techniques—not theory.

Live-Fire Qualification

Students must successfully complete the Arkansas State Police required live-fire proficiency demonstration. PSTS provides structured coaching and range preparation to ensure students understand safety protocols and qualification standards.

• Minimum 50 rounds of factory ammunition
• Eye and ear protection
• Concealment holster (no cross-draw or shoulder holsters)
• Government-issued photo ID
