• Carry privileges when traveling (reciprocity varies by state)
• Structured understanding of Arkansas carry laws and prohibited places
• Clear instruction on safe carry practices and responsible firearm handling

Basic vs. Enhanced

Basic CHCL:
The Basic CHCL course meets Arkansas training requirements and includes classroom instruction and required live-fire proficiency evaluation.

Enhanced Concealed Carry:
The Enhanced endorsement provides additional instruction and may allow expanded carry privileges in certain locations, subject to Arkansas law. PSTS provides an expanded 16-hour program to reinforce legal understanding, hands-on learning, and performance standards.
